Design of mobile robot actuated element for elevator control
Štastný, Petr ; Podolinský, Ondřej (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of an actuator for a mobile robot, which enables the elevator control element to be switched. After researching available actuators, a type that meets the requirements is selected. An end-effector suitable for this task is designed. Subsequently, a module for locating the position of ArUco markers in the camera image is presented. The entire system is implemented in the ROS framework. The proposed solution is tested for repeatable accuracy, which verifies the functionality of individual modules and the entire solution. The result is an actuator mechanical structure with con- trol from ROS, which enables the elevator control element to be switched.
Designing a user interface for creating applications in VBA
Nagrant, Richard ; Benáčanová, Helena (advisor) ; Lorenc, Miroslav (referee)
My bachelor thesis is dedicated to the issue through the use of controls using VBA language and macros in Excel. The goal is to bring users a detailed look at creating user interface followed by application of controls. The introductory part shows differences between versions of MS Excel 2003 and 2007, to which are attached survey results. The theoretical part describes the most common controls, its most important features and also is given clear example. In practical part I applied the use of controls in user interface, I also put emphasis on the interaction of controls and worksheets in workbook. The result is an application for dynamic records management, which can be used to make outputs in the form of either pivot tables or text file exports. This thesis may be used as a guide for users, who don't have experiences with creating of user interfaces using VBA
